Does anyone have PCGS Generation 2.0 slabs?
This was the transition between rattler and OGH. They have a bluish perforated label and a very thick holder. I picked up a nice York for my OGH Commem set today and it came in this holder. What surprises me is how thick it is. It's even substantially thicker than the new PCGS holders.

Barberkeys, that's a 2.5 and definitely welcome on this thread. From what I've read the 2.5s were only used 1 week in 1989.
That IHC by Barberkeys and the WLH by ACop are in 3.5 holders and not the 2.5 version. In a 2.5 the barcode line and the coin number are even with each other on the left, and in the 3.5 the coin number line starts to the left of the barcode line.
Here is a 2.5 insert.
The 2.0 and 3.5 versions are generally a lot easier to come by than the 2.5s are.

I do remember seeing a couple of my PCGS holders with the green insert reverse, just not sure about the perforated top.
Just checked my Photobucket library, and most of my images are focused on the coin and not the holder. I remember reading that somewhere.

So far I have seen three with the perforated top in this thread there are a couple of other generations imaged here as well.

The Lakes pic is of the 2.0. The barcode and cert lines start even with each other on the left. The 2.5 is the 2.0 but has the letters PCGS top and middle.
It's composed of 2 pieces, the old rattler holder with plastic collar added for additional security.

I miss the solid gaskets. I don't care for the "edge-view" prong type gasket.
I think it would be nice if PCGS let the submitter choose between edge-view and solid gaskets. They would get more reholder fees and collectors would get more choice.
